Does membership cost anything?

Absolutely not! Just hop on board and join the chain of kindness.

What do I have to do to join?
You can login through Facebook or sign up on our sign up page.

Is there an age limit?

Yup.  CTime is about the power of YOUth, so only teens are allowed!

How do I log my hours?
It's simple. Visit your profile page and simply add in the amount of hours you have performed and then click save.

How do I get my hours approved?

Your CTeen director will review your hours online and approve them.

What if I don’t live near a Jewish community?
No worries! Many of our projects can be done on a smaller scale or even from the comfort of your home.

Can I work on more than two projects?
Sure! You can work on many projects at the same time.

What will I have to show at the end of the year?
You will receive a transcript detailing the projects you worked on and the number of volunteer hours you logged.  You can send this in for school volunteer hours credit and/or with college applications.

How do I get my transcript?

To ensure your school will accept your transcript, you must get your transcript from your CTeen director. To request your transcript, simply click the "Request transcript" button on the My Project page.

If I do volunteer hours outside of a CTeen project, can I add these as well?

Yes! Simply fill in the info for your extra hours in the "Personal Community Service Hours" found on the bottom of the My Projects page and click Save. Once these hours are approved by your CTeen director, they will be added to your total hours.
